Snowmobile Accident Tied to Weather--86 Degrees

OIL CITY, Pa. — Weather may have been a factor in a teen-ager’s snowmobile accident--namely the temperature being 86 degrees. Joseph Schall, 14, lost control of his snowmobile Wednesday while making a turn and struck a parked car, police said. He was charged with operating a snowmobile on a street or highway, which is punishable by a fine of up to $100.
