Fidelity National Financial Inc.: The Irvine title insurance underwriter posted net income of $1 million for its second quarter, unchanged from the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter ended April 30 rose 18% to $49.8 million from $42.3 million a year earlier. For the six-month period, net income declined 39% to $1.1 million from $1.8 million, while revenue rose 4% to $90.7 million from $87.1 million.
