The woman who claims she was raped by William Kennedy Smith at the Kennedy family’s Palm Beach estate may have taken prescription drugs on the night of the alleged incident, according to a court deposition. Elizabeth Ashley Murphy, an acquaintance of the alleged victim, said that a mutual friend had expressed concern over the amount of prescription drugs the woman may have consumed.
