Newman’s Next?: Paul Newman will reportedly star in and direct a black comedy written by John Guare for Universal Pictures, according to the Hollywood Reporter. “Stark Truth,” a film involving a mystery with a father and son, is expected to go into production this fall. Guare is known for his acclaimed play “Six Degrees of Separation” and the film “Atlantic City.”
