HUNTINGTON BEACH : Workshop to Cover Medicare Questions
A workshop addressing a wide range of Medicare issues will be held Saturday at Golden West College.
The program will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. in Room 223 of the college’s Administration Building. The cost of attending the workshop is $16, which includes a Medicare workbook.
The workshop will be presented by Pat Morris, who for 12 years has managed her parents’ Medicare insurance, Medicare Supplement and long-term care affairs. During her program, Morris will detail how Medicare works, who pays for long-term care and, if such care is necessary, how to protect one’s assets. She will also answer questions about Medicare benefits.
