Authorities are investigating the discovery of three pipe bombs late Saturday by a jogger in North City West.
Capt. Larry Carlson of the San Diego Fire Department’s Metro Arson Strike Team said the small homemade bombs were discovered just before midnight Saturday and were turned over to a private security guard near Carmel Valley Road and El Camino Real.
