Caltrans Keeps On Watering in Drought
I’m angry! We’re in the middle of a drought and most people have been making a great effort to save water. In addition, the months of May and June were cool and overcast. So, why on earth does Caltrans turn on the sprinklers every single workday at the end of the Harbor Freeway? The last straw was Tuesday, the day after the rain. Yes, at 7:30 a.m., the sprinklers were going full blast!
