Countywide : Dannemeyer to Give Election Talk Today
Two Republican candidates for the U.S. Senate will speak at GOP functions in Ventura County to get an early start in their statewide campaigns for election in 1992.
Rep. William E. Dannemeyer (R-Fullerton) is scheduled to speak at 7:30 p.m. tonight at the Simi Valley Library in the City Hall complex on Tapo Canyon Road. The event is sponsored by the Simi Valley-Moorpark Republican Assembly.
Rep. Tom Campbell (R-Palo Alto), another Senate candidate, is scheduled to speak at a luncheon sponsored by the Lincoln Club of Ventura County on Monday at the Tower Club on Esplanade Drive in Oxnard.
Reservations are required for the Tower Club luncheon, with a $15 donation for non-members. For information, call 527-7262.
