Prosecutors filed 82 new child-molestation charges Wednesday against Richard E. Howard, a Washington state man who already stands accused of more molestation charges than anyone in county history.
According to Deputy Dist. Atty. John Williams, the new charges bring the total Howard faces to 350.
Howard, 46, who lived in San Diego under the alias Bob Barret Holder, allegedly molested 15 girls from the ages of 3 to 12 in 1990 and 1991. He is being held in San Diego’s Downtown Jail on $5-million bail.
