Ruffin Records: The family of Temptations singer David Ruffin is running newspaper ads hoping to get back his gold records that were stolen recently from his Detroit-area home. “There comes a time when we all have to wake up and become responsible and morally aware of the pains which are caused by society,” a statement released on the family’s behalf said. “One family has been affected by the crime within society and today they are making a plea to their offenders.” Ruffin died of a drug overdose in Philadelphia on June 1.
