AIA ‘Honors’ for Maguire Thomas

Maguire Thomas Partners has been recognized by the American Institute of Architects with its 1991 Honors Award for significant contributions to the environment and the architectural profession.
“The firm has shown a willingness to explore the unconventional and the discipline to demand excellence,” said AIA president C. J. Lawler.
Major Southland projects include First Interstate World Center, the Gas Company Tower and Wells Fargo Center in downtown Los Angeles, Colorado Place in Santa Monica, Plaza Las Fuentes in Pasadena and Playa Vista, a 900-acre planned community south of Marina del Rey.
