Making His Day: Clint Eastwood has come out the victor in an encounter with a woman who sued him on grounds that he intentionally, maliciously and repeatedly rammed her Nissan Maxima with his quarter-ton truck after she mistakenly parked in his space at Warner Bros. Stacy McLaughlin filed a $100,000 lawsuit against the actor who contended he was only trying to park in his rightful spot. Burbank Municipal Court Judge Marion E. Gubler ruled in Eastwood’s favor and ordered McLaughlin to pay his legal costs. Eastwood paid $960 to repair the headlights and bumper of McLaughlin’s car. She sought the additional money as punitive damages, claiming malice on Eastwood’s part.
