Bonding With Children: British actor Roger Moore, who has taken on many a foe as moviedom’s James Bond, has a new real-life assignment. He will be fighting for children’s rights as a UNICEF Special Representative for the Film Arts. His appointment is to be announced Friday at a press conference at the UN Secretariat Building in New York, and he will leave shortly after that for Central America to see UNICEF actions firsthand.
