Most of the betting action at the Orange County Fair race meet last year was done at the track. In fact, the Orange County meet had the second highest on-track percentage among the 10 fair meets held in 1990. The 86% figure here was second only to the Humboldt County meet, where all the action was at the track. Here’s how the meets compare:
