Paul Brown, known for having fashioned the Cleveland Browns and the Cincinnati Bengals into winners, was remembered at his funeral as a man who got his greatest joy from coaching high school players in his hometown of Massillon, Ohio.
Brown, one of pro football’s most innovative and successful coaches, died Monday in Cincinnati of complications from pneumonia. He was 82.
