Skinheads: They Need to Be Segregated

Re the skinhead attack on the Chinese-American teen (“Skinheads Beat Teens in Latest O.C. Hate Crime,” July 11): What is this county coming to, with the proliferation of such despicable Nazi-type activity? Crime, especially violent crime, is bad enough, but this type of action, as are all hate crimes, is a heinous disease against humankind.

This bunch of skinhead scum are nothing more than cowardly terrorists! I say cowardly because they have to assemble in numbers of 10 or more to jump one or two unprepared youths. I’ll bet my bottom dollar that they wouldn’t last five minutes against a real street gang, or in one-to-one combat either.

Where did these punks develop their cancerous philosophy? Where were the parents and teachers of these kids, such that they were molded to accept these SS tactics? And what to do to assure that the seeds for future behavior of this kind are burned before they have a chance to germinate?

I don’t have many answers to the above questions. But for the meantime, skinheads and others with like-diseased doctrines of racial supremacy should be segregated from the rest of society. That will be fine for my race--the human race.
