STRATFORD ON ORANGE: The county could get a new Shakespeare troupe if talks work out between Chapman College and Thomas F. Bradac, recently forced out as artistic director of the Grove Shakespeare Festival. . . . Bradac hopes to launch a professional nine-week season next summer on the Orange college campus. Kamella Tate, now starring in the Grove’s “Measure for Measure,” says she and other Grove actors would be happy at Chapman with Bradac.
