Gorbachev Movie Canceled: The Dutch broadcasting company TROS said Tuesday it had canceled the showing of a fictitious film about a murder attempt on Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev. “In the circumstances, we felt it would be in bad taste,” a spokesman said. The English film “Red King, White Knight,” first shown on British TV two months ago, was due to air Saturday.
