Among the musicians who take five here for trims--priced from $29 to $39 for first-timers--are Layne Bourgoyne (Rock Liberation Army), Paul Gilbert (Mr. Big) and Roxy Petrucci and Jan Kuehnemund (Vixen). Owners Thyliese Fohster and Robert Haigh welcome shorthairs too. But they draw the line when it comes to making short hair long via extensions. “Grow your own,” Haigh snarls.
