Cimco Inc.: The Costa Mesa manufacturer of plastic components posted net earnings of $289,671, or 10 cents per share, for the first quarter of fiscal 1992 ended July 31. For the year-earlier period, net income was $375,808, or 12 cents per share. Sales were up 17%, to $17 million from $14.5 million.
