Deloitte & Touche-Orange County has promoted five certified public accountants to senior managers. New senior tax managers are Jeffrey L. Kaylor, who specializes in personal finance consulting, and Joel D. Littleford, a specialist in financial institutions, real estate, technology and manufacturing companies.
