$10-Million Gain for Fluor: Fluor Corp. announced it has sold its minority interest in Centre Reinsurance Holdings Ltd. to Zurich Insurance Co., producing a onetime gain of $10 million in its fourth-quarter results. The $10-million after-tax gain will translate into 12 cents per share for the fourth quarter, the Irvine-based company said. Last week, Fluor announced earnings of 58 cents a share for the third quarter ended July 31. Earnings in 1990 were $1.81 per share on revenues of $7.45 billion.The company decided to sell it “because we were maintaining it as an investment and we got a good offer,” Fluor spokeswoman Deborah Land said.
