I thought it was interesting that the “helpers” displayed problems similar to those of the “helpless.” The lack of respect, criticism and negative rapport between Father Greg and the police department mirror some of the same issues between the gangs. I hope the “helpers” can get it together and provide united power to help turn the gang situation around.
