Ex-Mobil Dealer Loses Appeal: A federal appeals court in Fairfax, Va., has upheld Mobil Oil Corp.’s victory over a former Connecticut dealer who had sued the company on antitrust grounds. Michael Tolokan had contended that Mobil violated anti-price discrimination provisions of federal and Connecticut law by charging him more for gasoline than it charged a distributor with a nearby outlet. The jury found that the price difference was competitively justified.
