Heavyweights Donovan (Razor) Ruddock and Riddock Bowe have agreed to fight in February with the Toronto SkyDome being trumpeted as a logical venue.
The fight would serve as an elimination bout for the No. 1 ranking and a shot in 1992 at the winner of the Nov. 18 bout between champion Evander Holyfield and Mike Tyson.
