Two Into One: A long-discussed merger of two major classical music organizations in Orange County--the Pacific Symphony and the Orange County Philharmonic Society--appears to be moving forward. Officials say the two groups together could be a more potent force on the fund-raising scene and could build a bigger overall audience for classical music in the county.
