Young Man Dies in Sylmar Shooting
A young man was killed early Saturday in a drive-by shooting that was possibly gang-related, Los Angeles police said.
The victim, who was not immediately identified but was estimated to be in his late teens or early 20s, was shot at 12:45 a.m. in the 12400 block of Ralston Avenue in Sylmar, authorities said. He was transported to Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, where he was pronounced dead.
No suspects were in custody Saturday in the shooting, authorities said.
