‘Dolly’ Dispute: Long Beach Civic Light Opera’s “Hello, Dolly!” will open Saturday with nine non-union musicians and two synthesizer operators in the orchestra pit--and possibly with union musicians maintaining an informational picket line outside the hall. The Musicians Union and LBCLO, which incurred a $675,000 deficit last season, have failed to agree on contract terms and the next meeting isn’t scheduled until Oct. 11.
