Cholera Kills 18 in Mexico

MEXICO CITY —
Cholera has struck 1,228 people and killed at least 18 since it was detected in Mexico in June, the Department of Health reported Monday. It said the disease appeared to be spreading most rapidly in the state of Tabasco.
