Banning Gangs From Public Park
According to law enforcement agencies and the media, the “gangs” are identifiable along with their members and the areas they have invaded. These outlaws should be recognized as terrorists instead of service clubs practicing their constitutional rights of association and assembly. They are criminals and when a person or group has been victimized by terrorist attack, the terror is as real in this country as in Iraq.
