47 Indicted in Harvesting of Wild Marijuana Crop

A grand jury has indicted 47 people on charges of harvesting a bumper crop of marijuana that was growing wild in a valley. The defendants, arrested by camouflaged state police, were indicted Wednesday. If convicted, they each face maximum sentences of five years in prison and $15,000 in fines.
