An unidentified New Jersey woman claimed that New York Met pitcher David Cone raped her in a Philadelphia hotel, but police said they have not determined that there was a crime.
The woman said the attack occurred Saturday, the night before Cone struck out 19 Philadelphia Phillies.
Police said the allegation was under investigation and that no charges had been filed.
