Boat Capsizes, 60 Drown

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Pakistan —
At least 60 people drowned Thursday after their boat, crammed to triple its capacity, capsized in the Indus River about 150 miles south of Islamabad, authorities said. Forty passengers swam to safety.
