Baseball Fans Welcome Chance to Get In the Last Word
Darryl Strawberry is in no position to call anybody a jerk for allegedly not playing hard against certain teams, especially when he didn’t play hard against any teams the first three months of the season.
For a nine-year veteran who got almost one-third of his RBIs against the Astros this season and then went one for eight in the two most important games of the season, and all the while consistently blamed external forces and others for his inability to produce in the clutch, it’s time to face this fact: Darryl, you’re the jerk.
