USC Professor Named to Chair Pomona Board
Robert Tranquada, a professor of medicine at the USC Medical School, has been elected to succeed George F. Moody as chairman of the Pomona College Board of Trustees.
Moody retired last year. Tranquada resigned as dean of the USC Medical School in June, but continues as a professor in the department of medicine. He has been a member of the Pomona College Board of Trustees since 1969.
