Valencia National Bank Reports Drop in Profit

Valencia National Bank reported its third-quarter profit fell 12% to $148,525 from $169,733 a year earlier.
Despite the lower third-quarter earnings, the Valencia-based bank said its profit for the nine months ended Sept. 30 was up 16% to $387,362 from $332,542 for the same period in 1990.
As of Sept. 30, Valencia National’s total assets were $58.6 million, an 8% increase from $54.1 million in total assets a year earlier.
