THE DUKE’S MALL: Just a few weeks after getting fax and ATM machines, John Wayne Airport will soon ask a consultant to help decide what two new concessions should be added next. Some choices: a florist, children’s day care, barber/shoeshine and even a lingerie shop. . . . That would gain attention, county spokeswoman Pat Ware says: “Maybe travelers need to keep peace with their spouses,” she suggests.
