Durocher Deserved Spot in the Hall of Fame
Shame on the Baseball Hall of Fame Veterans Committee! To deny Leo Durocher’s well-deserved entrance into the Hall of Fame before his passing is unforgivable. The man distinguished himself as a player for 17 years and as a manager and coach for decades. His feisty personality and desire turned a person with limited skills into a winner. Leo made a ballgame more interesting and entertaining decades before the arrival of Tom Lasorda.
