Fourth-Graders to Visit Colleges
Seventy-five minority fourth-graders from Vejar Elementary School in Pomona will be spending a day at Claremont McKenna College and other campuses in the Claremont cluster Oct. 25.
The visit is to introduce the idea of going to college early in the children’s lives. The children will attend classes, have lunch and shop for textbooks.
