BCCI Depositors to Meet: International depositors of the collapsed Bank of Credit & Commerce International plan to hold their first meeting Friday, an organizer of the London gathering said. “Our members are angry people. They have been defrauded. They feel that bank regulators and others have betrayed their trust,” said Adil Elias, chairman of the BCCI Depositors’ Protection Assn. “They plan to take all actions necessary to recover their losses.” He said the association has received membership inquiries from dozens of countries. It didn’t specify the number of members.
