The Orange County chapter of the American Red Cross is looking for entries for its third annual HIV/AIDS awareness poster contest.

Posters should reflect the 1991 World AIDS Day theme, “Sharing the Challenge,” and encourage people to work together to stop infection by the HIV virus, which causes AIDS. The contest is open to participants of any age who live, work or attend school in Orange County.

The grand prize is $1,000. Additional cash awards will go to winners in each of the contest’s categories: elementary school, middle school, high school, college and community-at-large. Participants can submit more than one entry.
