THEY’RE BAAACK: When Irvine-based AST Research Inc. moved out of a building owned by Kwang-Wei Han, the company broke its lease. Or so says the ex-landlord, who was mad then and still is. For the second year in a row, he’s hired demonstrators to go to Comdex, the computer industry’s biggest trade show, to picket AST outside the Las Vegas Convention Center. . . . As for AST, it won’t comment.
