Treehouse

Share

I read (Oct. 18) how the homeowners of Westlake Island have ordered the destruction of a child’s treehouse for “aesthetic” reasons and the word that springs immediately to mind is “unbelievable.” Bravo to architect Martin Mervel for his interception of this travesty of justice, but it should never have been necessary. When we start banning children’s treehouses, we might as well tell moms everywhere that they can’t bake apple pies anymore.

People of Westlake Island, chill out!
