OBITUARY : George S. Blair, 67; Claremont Professor
George S. Blair, emeritus professor in the Center for Politics and Policy of the Claremont Graduate School, died Oct. 23 of pneumonia. He was 67.
Blair retired from the Center for Politics and Policy in 1990, when he was awarded emeritus status. Besides his work at the Claremont Graduate School, he wrote eight books and many articles on all aspects of state and local government.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria; a son, David, and a daughter, Rebecca.
