The Indianapolis Colts can’t find the end zone, and until they do, they probably won’t win.

Dan Marino passed 12 yards to Mark Duper for the only touchdown Sunday and the Miami Dolphins handed the winless Colts a 10-6 defeat.

The only points for the Colts (0-9) came on field goals by Dean Biasucci, extending Indianapolis’ streaks to 20 quarters and 53 possessions without a touchdown.

“It’s just the same old story,” Indianapolis quarterback Jeff George said. “We move the ball and get down there and just can’t score.

“I don’t have the answers, so we’ll just have to keep working. We’ve got to start throwing touchdowns instead of field goals when we get in the red zone.”

George completed 18 of 34 passes for 189 yards.

The Dolphins (4-5) ended a two-game losing streak and the Colts became the NFL’s only winless team when Cincinnati beat Cleveland for its first victory of the season.

The Dolphins got the game’s only touchdown on the first possession, when Marino completed six of eight passes for 60 yards on a 12-play drive.

Duper caught two of those passes, including the one for the touchdown, and finished with three receptions for 64 yards, tying Nat Moore’s team record of 7,547 yards.

“It just keeps building, but we’ll talk about it at the end of the season,” Duper said. “Right now, we need to concentrate on winning. There’s a lot of games left.
