Acqua Group Says It May Lose Listing on NASDAQ: Acqua Group Inc. said it faces the threat of having its stock removed from NASDAQ, the primary electronic over-the-counter market. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Acqua said continued trading of its shares on NASDAQ is being reviewed by the National Assn. of Securities Dealers, the market’s governing body, because Acqua has failed to comply with certain capital surplus requirements. Acqua, which is based in Van Nuys, makes bottleless water coolers for commercial customers.
