Taco Bell Fellowships: Taco Bell Inc. of Irvine has pledged donations of $50,000 to establish two endowed minority fellowships in management at UC Irvine.

The company will donate $25,000 this year and another $25,000 next year to support two Taco Bell Minority Fellowship positions, according to John Martin, president of the Pepsico subsidiary.

“We hope that by cultivating the university’s talented minority students we will be able to reap what we sow in the form of candidates for Taco Bell career opportunities down the road,” Martin said.
