Concerning “Lobbyists Get a Larger Role in Legislature” (Oct. 27):
This situation of lobbyists writing bills that legislators carry on their behalf has been going on for many years, so why blame it on Proposition 140? I have great hopes that the “new blood” promised by term limits will be smart enough to write their own legislation and strong enough to carry it through the process.
