Opening of the Reagan Library

Share

History was made Nov. 4 at the Ronald Reagan Library dedication ceremony when Presidents Bush, Reagan, Carter, Ford and Nixon lauded the institution of the presidency that belongs to the American people. Perhaps Reagan best captured the heart of America and good citizenship when he reminisced, “I grew up in a town where everyone cared for one another.”

A visit to the library, now owned by the National Archives, would enhance any educational program. It is a government research facility worthy of our contributions to good old Uncle Sam that advances learning.
