* Adjust your attitude. Stop thinking you can’t change things. You can change your life, but first you have to adjust your attitude.

* Learn to prioritize. Then make a habit of prioritizing every thing, person and obligation on an ongoing basis.

* Eliminate all that is unnecessary. Don’t complicate and clutter your life with a hoard of possessions or meaningless relationships or obligations.

* Get yourself, your things and your schedule organized. Then keep it that way, every day.

* Incorporate simple, effective systems into your life to help you process what might be processed on a daily basis so that you actually can get things done.
